    2 tsp Margarine
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
    2 tbsp Milk
    1 Shallot, Chopped
    3 slices Bacon, Chopped


Grease a small baking dish with the margarine. Add Eggs and milk to a bowl; beat. Add cheese and pour into the baking dish. Add shallots and bacon. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
