    22 ounces-Chicken Breast, no skin,Diced
    2 can-Canned Tomatoes,Italian style
    .25 cup, chopped-Onions, raw,
    3 cloves- Garlic,minced
    3 cup elbow shaped-*Macaroni, enriched,
    2 tbsp-*Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
    1 tbsp-Salt,
    1 tsp-Pepper, black,


Prepare pasta as per box directions, till al-dente, set aside.
In 6qt stock pot sweat garlic and onion till fragrant, add tomatoes, salt and pepper.Cover and allow tomatoes to heat and simmer while dicing chicken. Add chicken to pot, cover and cook through. Add pasta and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 one cup servings
