Ingredients

    sugar flour milk egg vanilla salt baking powder

Directions

Blend shortening and sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix a bit more. Add dry ingredients and combine. pour into cupcake pan and bake 15 min at 350. might need a little more time. For round cake, bake 25 minutes.
