Ingredients

    1 Bunch of Asparagus
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tsp Thyme

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Break the tough ends off of the asparagus. Place in a roasting pan, pour the olive oil and thyme over the asparagus and toss until well coated.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutres, then reduce the heat to 250 degrees for 15 more minutes.
