    Veggie Potatoes White 139 gram
    Veggie Kumera (orange sweet potoato), 144 grams Veggie Celery Raw, 125 grams
    Protein Fish white with firm flesh fresh , 198 grams
    Protein Seafood Marinara Mix Raw, 198 grams
    Protein Sausage Chorizo, 50 gram
    Campbells Fish stock low salt, 4 cups
    Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp


Oil spray pot, stir fry veggies, add stock and boil for 20 min. Add fish and Marinara Seafood mix and cook for another 5-7 min depending on the size of fish chunks.
