    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Corn Starch, 10 grams (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)


A small amount of organic chicken stock can be added. Serve over small amount of rice. (Add the rice to your calorie count!)


Thin-slice chicken across grain. Slice celery, onion, mushrooms and chunk pineapple.

Heat canola oil in wok.
Lightly dredge chicken in corn starch and stir fry until golden brown. Add onion until just beginning to caramelize. Add remaining ingredients and bring to heat covered.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings in shallow pasta-bype bowl.
