Easy and delicious way to eat salmon. Easy and delicious way to eat salmon.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 14 3/4 ounce can pink salmon
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
    3 egg whites
    1 Tablespoon coconut oil


If using a stainless fry pan, spray with Pam first to prevent sticking.


Drain and flake salmon. Mix all ingredients except coconut oil. Form into four patties. Cook in coconut oil on medium high heat until golden brown.
