Ingredients

    2 bananas, peeled and chopped
    2 1/4 cups self-rising white flour
    1/2 cup whole milk
    1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup raisins, packed
    2 large eggs
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp ginger, ground
    1 tsp cloves, ground
    1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup water

Tips

Can serve with butter if desired. I usually eat mine with 1 tbsp Smart Balance Light Spreadable Butter and Canola Oil. This butter is 1 PointsPlus value per tbsp.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand with a spoon. Lightly grease muffin tins. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
