    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
    1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
    2 Tsp Wisdom Natural Sugarleaf (Stevia + Organic Raw Cane Sugar)
    1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder


Spray a small bowl with cooking spray. Add & mix egg, flax, baking powder & sugarleaf. Add cheddar cheese and mix. Put in microwave 1 minute, flip bread over and microwave another 10 seconds if it's not done in middle.
