Low carb, lots of vegetables. Low carb, lots of vegetables.

    Add chicken bullion and water to liking. I use 1 gallon of water and 5 cubes! Dry spices, and fresh garlic to taste.

    I use Jenn-O Italian style sausage (0 carbs)
    And any kind of FF chicken breast product
