    1/2 cup dry pancake mix
    1/3 cup water (or less)
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup apple sauce
    1/4 cup canola oil


Combine all ingredients and whisk together approximately 30 times. Pour canola oil in skillet and heat to 350 degrees or medium high heat. Pour pancake batter into 3 separate pancakes and let them cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the tops of the pancakes bubble. Turn pancakes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
