Ingredients

    2 pears, cored and cut into two dozen slices
    2 oz goat cheese
    2 Tbsp chopped cashews
    2 Tbsp dried cranberries
    1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Core pears and cut into slices. Toss in lemon juice to keep from browning. Spread cheese on widest part of slice and then shower cheese with cranberries and some cashew pieces. Arrange on platter and serve.
