Ingredients

    9 inch pie crust
    10 oz bag frozen chopped spinach
    20oz package ground lean turkey
    1 large onion- chopped finely(about 2 cups)
    .5 cup pine nuts
    8oz bag shredded part skim mozzarella
    2 teas cavendars greek seasoning

Directions

par bake pie crust at 350. In the meantime saute the chopped onion in the oilve oil, When translucent- add the turkey and cook until throughly browned. Press as much water out of spinach as possible and add to turkey mixture. Sprinkle greek seasoning over all and cook over medium high until dry. Spoon into browned pie crust sprinkle pine nuts over the top and then top with the cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings at 444 calories per serving. Or 8 serings @ 362 cals
