I made this for dinner tonight for my mom and i, we loved it. I made some changes though. I added broccoli instead of the red peppers, no pepper flakes, some chicken stock and some cheese. It was really good this way and very filling. - 5/6/08

Loved it. So easy and delicious. Made some instant mashed potatoes to serve with it. The family loved it. The kids were fighting over the super sweet onions! - 10/8/08

A little high in sodium, but delishous. Destined to become a family favorite - 10/3/08

I was a little disappointed in the flavor, but it was easy , affordable and quick. I ended up adding some Parmesan, black pepper and garlic salt to jazz it up a bit. I also omitted the french fried onions. Thanks! - 9/1/08

This recipe was delicious. The chicken was a little bland. I think we could fix that by seasoning the chicken and cut into smaller pieces to soak up the flavors. We omitted the french fried onions and substituted button mushrooms for fresh mushrooms to enhance the flavour. - 5/6/09
