    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean,
    .5 cup Half cooked Brown Rice
    1 Scrambled Egg
    1 chopped Onion
    3 Chopped Roma Tomotoes
    1 cup Baby Carrots
    2 Chopped zuchini
    3.5 cups Water
    1/2 cup Chopped sweet peppers , red, yellow, orange
    Salt & Pepper
    3 Yerba Buena/ Mint Leaves


In a large- Medium pot fry with Olive oil, tomatoes, oinions, peppers once well cooked add the water and bring to a boil. Add veggies while that is cooking;
In a mixing bowl using a masher Mix ground turkey B rice, salt & pepper, egg. Once all is well blended then start rolling small meat balls place them on a dish. Set them aside. When the veggies a near cooked add the meat balls. Add salt and mint for Taste. Cover and let the meat fully cook.For approx 30mins.

You can serve with steamed rice (already calculated in ingredients)
Along with homemade torillas lemon juice (not included)
