    1 large Baking Potatoe
    2 tbsp Light Margarine
    2 tbsp Sour Cream, Light
    1 oz 2% Milk
    1/3 cup Shredded Cheese
    1 tbsp Chives


Bake potato, cool down. Cut in half and scoop the insides out, leaving a 2 potato shells. To the insides of the potato add the margarine, sour cream, milk, cheese and chives. Mix to a creamy consistency. Spoon back into the potato shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Each potato shell is 1 serving.
