    1 C uncooked quick-cooking brown rice
    vegetable oil spray
1/2 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 C water
    2 C small broccoli florets
2 C diced cooked turkey breast, no sodium
    3 Tbls hoisin sauce
    2 Tbls honey
2 to 3 tsp fresh lime juice
    1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Prepare rice according to package directions

Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and lightly spray with vegetable oil spray(don't spray near gas flame). Cook bell pepper and onion for 5 minutes, or until beginning to lightly brown on the edges, stirring frequently. Transfer to plate.

Return skillet to heat and pour in water. Add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stiring constantly.

Stir in bell pepper mixture and the turkey. Remove from heat, let stand, covered, for 3 minutes, or until turkey is heated through.

In small microwave bowl, stir together hoisin sauce, honey, lime juice and sesame oil. Microwave on 100% for 20 seconds or until hot.

To serve; spoon rice onto plates top with turkey mixture and sauce.
