    2 Cups Chopped Cauliflower
    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Butter
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Cream Cheese
    18 Slices Turkey Bacon Cooked And Chopped Into Pieces
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 Tbsp Green Onions


Preheat the oven to 350 F. Chop the cauliflower and put it in a microwavable bowl cover it completely with water and cook on high for 15-20 minutes. Then mash it with a hand mixer and add the butter and cream cheese. Mix them in and then add 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese and the remaining ingredients and stir everything together. Put in a casserole dish and top it with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
