    2 small potatoes, cut into cubes
    2 cups peeled and cubed turnips (about 4 small)
    Carrots, sliced (1 -2 depending on size)
    1 Tablespoon Apple Juice
    1/4 cup Vegetable broth
    1 Tablespoon brown sugar
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put potatoes, turnips and carrots into casserole dish.
Combine apple juice, broth, lemon juice and sugar. Pour over vegetables. Cover tightly with foil.
Roast 45 mins or until fork tender.
