    1 - 8 oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1 Can (12 oz) Milnot
    32 Graham Crackers (2 1/2" square)
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Sugar


Chill Milnot before using. Also using cold beaters & cold glass bowl whips Milnot best.
Melt stick of butter. Crush graham crackers. Mix together til moistened. Put in bottom of 9 x 11 cake pan. Press to firm up a little.
In medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar & vanilla till creamy.
Mix 1 Cup hot water w/jello - set aside
In large (chilled) glass bowl, whip Milnot well. Continue whipping as you add cheese mixture into Milnot, slowly, till blended. Then add jello & continue whipping. Whip well. Should fluff up.
Pour over crackers in 9 x 11 cake pan & top w/remaining crackers. Chill till firm.
