Ingredients

    Al Fresco Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage, 2 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Stop & Shop Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots, 5 cup
    Stop & Shop Stewed Tomatoes (canned), 1 cup
    Parsley, 6 sprigs
    Stop & Shop Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    DiGiorno Freshed Parmesan Shredded Cheese, 0.5 cup
    Stop & Shop Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Any Veggis or Sausage will work....this is what i had on hand...served over pasta


Directions

1. Heat sausage as directed.
2. Removed sausage from heat.
3. Saute onions then add veggis and heat. Cut up sausage as veggis are heating.
4. Once veggis are warm, add tomatoes, sausage, parsely, vinegar, and olive oil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add parm and cover over low heat for 5 min.
6. Enjoy
