Ingredients

    1-egg
    1-egg white
    1/2 cup of onion
    1/2 cup of cheese it crackers
    1-can of pink salmon
    2-tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, divided use

Tips

Experiment with what crackers or veggies you like to add..


Directions

In 1 tbsp Olive oil, saute onion until soft. Add egg, egg white, salmon (deboned & drained), onion, and crackers (crushed) to mixing bowl. Mix throughly. Drop by tablespoons in to pan that has been heated with other tablespoon of olive oil. Fry over medium to medium low heat 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked all the way through.

Serving Size: makes 12 2 inch patties
