    1/4 cup country crock + calcium, room temperature
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 egg
    1/4 cup all whites egg subsitutte
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp orange zest
    3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 cups old fashioned oats
    2/3 cups dried cranberries
    1/3 cup white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add margarine, applesauce, brown sugar and splenda to a large bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat until creamy. Add egg, egg whites, vanilla extract and orange zest; beat well.

In a separate bowl, combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Slowly add to margarine mixture until mixed well. Stir in oats, cranberries and chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Allow to cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes, and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Store tightly covered
