Introduction

An egg and egg white scramble with bacon pieces, mushrooms, onions, green and red peppers and tater tots. An egg and egg white scramble with bacon pieces, mushrooms, onions, green and red peppers and tater tots.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 medium eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/2 chopped mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    30 thawed and smashed tater tots
    1/4 cup shredded 2% cheese
    3 tbl real bacon pieces
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

In a large frying pan heat a layer of water. Add the tots and cook 5 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook another 5 minutes. Meanwhile beat eggs and egg whites with 3 tbl of water and beat until frothy. Min in the garlic powder, cheese, and bacon. Add to the pan and cook until set.
