I found this one in a kid-friendly cookbook I found this one in a kid-friendly cookbook
Number of Servings: 6


    1 1/2 C whole wheat pasta, dry
    3 C frozen broccoli,chopped
    1 can (10.5oz) low-fat cream of broccoli condensed soup
    1/2 C skim milk
    2 Tbsp plain bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp salt-free seasoning blend


Preheat oven to 350
cook pasta according to package
place frozen broccoli in large microwave safe and oven proof dish and cook 2 minutes on high
coarsely chop cooked broccoli
combine soup with milk and add to broccoli
add cooked pasta and combine
top with bread crumbs and seasoning
back 10-15 minutes
