Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
    scant 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    a dash of sea salt
    1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil PLUS a bit for oiling your plate
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 egg

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Add next 3 ingredients and beat together.
Oil a microwave-safe flat plate or pie plate and pour mixture onto it, spreading to outside edges.
Microwave on HI 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave power. Use a spatula to free the wrap from the plate and let cool. If the wrap won't roll, cut it in half and use the halves as a sandwich.
