    whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 13 oz
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    whole onion, raw (1 onion), chopped
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 cup water
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Cumin - Ground, McCormick, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Old El Paso - Thik n' Chunky Salsa 1/2 cup
    8oz can no salt added tomato sauce
    1 Tomato copped
    reduced fat mexican cheese shreaded, 4 oz
    Shredded Lettuce, 1.5 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup


COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, brown meat with onions in large skillet with onion and green pepper. MIx in water and seasonings, Stir in corn and salsa. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN spaghetti; place in large bowl. Add meat sauce; mix lightly. Top with remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: 8 servings
