Ingredients

    2 1/3 C Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1/2 C Water
    1 1/3 C Cheddar, Low Fat, shredded
    1 1/2 lbs Ground beef, lean
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 C Milk, nonfat
    1 C Onion, chopped

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 degree F
2. In a pan 15x10x1-inch pan, Generously spray bottom and sides with non fat cooking spray.
2. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in soup and milk.
3. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until moistened. Spread evenly in pan. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
