Introduction

Ingredients

    Bean sprout 0.5 cup
    Rice noodle (soaked) 2 cup
    Garlic 2 clove (smashed)
    Bok choy 3 bunch (sliced)
    1tbap canola oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Don't cook the bok choy for too long, the more raw the healthier it is. Make sure to wash all the vegetable before.


Directions

1. Heat the oil and add the garlic, stir fry 1 minute
2. Add the salt and pepper then add the bean sprouts and stir fry for 1 more minute
3. Add the bok choy then put in the noodle
