    2 eggs
    3 medium bananas mashed
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 3/4 c flour
    3/4 c crisco shortening
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp baking powder
    1 cup sugar


cover with foil to preserve moistness after cooling loaf.


mix ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until knife comes out clean. cool and slice.
