    Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds, 1 bag
    Great Value 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup, 1 can
    Pink Salmon, Bear & Wolf Wild Alaskan, 1 can drained
    Trader Joe's Fresh Harvest Petite Peas, 1 cup
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbows, 14 oz
    Kirkland Signature Pure Sea Salt Fine Grain, 0.25 tsp


Could be topped with grated Parmesan. Pairs well with a salad.


Prepare pasta per box directions. Add no salt or oil to the water. Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in olive oil until onion is translucent. Add soup, shreds, garlic powder, pepper and salt to mixture. Once combined, break salmon gently into mixture. Combine salmon mixture and pasta.

Serving Size: Makes 5.5 2-cup servings.
