    1 lbs extra lean ground
    1 can stewed tomatoes (crushed)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can dark kidney beans (drained)
    1 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 bay leaf


Cook the ground beef, onion and bell pepper until vegetables are tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour.
