    Coconut Flour, 0.25 cup
    Almond Flour, .75 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    White Stevia Powder, 1 tsp
    1 cube melted butter
    Egg 3 large
    Coconut Milk, .5 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Garlic, 1 clove


You can change these up by omiting the cheese and garlic and adding cinnamon and pumpkin spice for a sweeter muffin.


Mix all dry ingredients together making sure there are no lumps. Add wet ingredients making sure the melted butter has cooled and won't cook the eggs, and blend well. Add grated cheddar and grated garlic. Spoon into paper lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until tops are browned.
