    16 oz. 2% milk
    1 bag (2.25 cups) frozen unsweetened berry medley (or any equivalent)
    1 medium banana
    1 cup Florida's Natural Orange Juice with pulp
    1 cup ice


Measure all ingredients and place in blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
