Introduction

This recipe will knock your socks off! This recipe will knock your socks off!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    *1 Block of Firm Tofu
    *1/2 cup of Siracha Hot Sauce
    *1 Tbsp of margarine (I use Earth Balance)
    *1 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar
    *1 tsp of organic sugar
    *5 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
    *Spray oil, for the pan

Tips

Add this to a salad, it's amazing! This is also great with some homemade vegan ranch or a small dollop of vegan mayo on a sandwich.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 and cut tofu into desired bite-size pieces. Place tofu onto a lightly sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until slightly dried out and crispy.

2. While tofu is baking, mix hot sauce, margarine, rice vinegar, sugar and tofu in small sauce pan and cool over medium heat.

3. Drizzle sauce over tofu and enjoy with crisp celery!
