Ingredients

    poha (flat rice)1 cup
    onion 1 small
    broccoli chopped 1/2 cup
    carrot grated 1/4 cup
    ginger paste or grated 1 tsp
    musard seeds 1/2 tsp
    olive oil 1 tbsp
    turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    salt to taste

Directions

crack mustard seeds in oil, add grated ginger, add chopped onion and when its soft add chopped broccoli and grated carrot add little salt too.
keep poha in a big strainer and rinse well for 8 to 10 seconds and then let the extra water get strained.
after about 5 minutes when your vegetables are cooked,keep the flame on low. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder to poha, mix well and add these to the cooked vegetables and mix all. when its all mixed keep it on simmer for a minute. garnish with cilantro leaves.
