Ingredients

    3 Cups Rolled Oats
    3/4 Cup Splenda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 Tablespoon cinnamon
    1.25 Cups Skim Milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
    1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
    (optional) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (~75g protein)

Tips

Try it topped with vanilla Greek yogurt for a more well-balanced breakfast. Also works well if you add a vanilla flavored whey protein powder (~75g of protein total added - varies by brand of protein).


Directions

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes in a greased deep baking dish.
