    2 4oz Tilapia filet,
    1 medium Zucchini sliced thin
    1 small Onion sliced
    16 oz can diced tomato
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Dill weed, dried, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    1/4 c Parmesan


spray the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the tilapia fillets sprinkle with lemon juice and 1tbs dill. Layer zucchini and onion and sprinkle with the rest of the dill and garlic. Drain tomatoes and poor on top, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. cover and bake at 350 for 30 min, remove foil and bake for a additional 10-15.
