Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 cup wheat bran
    3 tbsp oat bran
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1-2 packets of stevia
    1-2 tsp extract of choice i.e. vanilla, chocolate, almond, butterscotch

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium-large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Take out, stir, let sit one minute and return to microwave for another 1 minute of cooking. Let cool to thicken and enjoy!
