    1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup oats
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    1/3 cup white sugar (reduced from 1/2 cup)
    1 pouch Mott's Natural applesauce (1/4 cup)
    1/2 cup water
    1/3 cup oil
    1 cup craisins


Preheat oven to 350*F.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, applesauce, water and oil together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and add oats. Carefully fold in craisins. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15 minutes until edges are brown. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from muffin pan and cool on wire rack.
