This makes a pretty tasty low calorie meal. This makes a pretty tasty low calorie meal.

    4 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin, thinly sliced
    1 cup Cabbage , shredded
    1/3 cup Leek, Green tops, chopped
    1 tsp Ginger Root, (1/4 tsp powdered)
    1 clove Garlic,
    .25 cup Celery, diced
    3 tsp *Braggs Liquid Aminos (See Note)


I use a cast iron skillet which carmelizes foods even vegetables without additional oil. If you need to - just spray a skillet and put on moderately high heat.

Add the shredded cabbage and celery to the pan and cooking till they just begin to wilt. Add the ginger and garlic and stir fry another minute or two. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast meat and stir for about 2 minutes. Add the leek tops and Bragg's Aminos.

Done. If you are a garlic and/or ginger fan feel free to add more.

Season to taste, but the Braggs will likely take care of the salty taste.

NOTE: Braggs Aminos is about the only HCG friendly condiment. It tastes like Soy Sauce. I bought mine on Amazon.com. If you have a Wishlist there, you can get free shipping if your total comes to $25.
