Introduction

This recipe can be adapted to a raw diet by using Nama Shoyu (not wheat-free) in place of the tamari, and by using raw tahini and vinegar, and leaving out the roaste sesame oil. It can also be made lower sodium with the use of a low-sodium tamari. Adjust the Stevia etract to taste. Ingredients

    1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup Tamari
    1/4 cup Brown rice vinegar
    6 Tblsp. Raw sesame tahini
    1 Tsp. Toasted sesame oil
    2 Tblsp. Fresh raw ginger root
    1 Raw garlic clove
    1 Tsp. Onion powder
    4 Tiny scoops Trader Joe's 100% Pure Stevia Extract

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
