    4 small zucchini (6 inches)
    2 lbs ground beef
    3 cups mushrooms (before being processed)
    1 pkg Liptons onion soup mix
    1 large egg
    3 tbsp Montreal steak spice
    2 tbsp dried parsley
    3 cloves garlic - minced


Prepare vegetables in food processor, chopping fine but don't make a mush or it's too wet for the final product.

carrots can be used instead of or with the zucchini

- should be 1/3 meat, 2/3 vegetables
-egg and wheat germ help hold the meatballs together.

I got 48 ping pong ball sized meatball from this recipe.
