Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup natural sugar such as Sucanat or Xylitol
1/2 cup rice syrup
1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 and 1/3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Tips
nut butter, sugar, and oil can be substituted but this will change the nutritional information.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together the nut butter, coconut oil, xylitol, rice syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add all the other ingredients. Mix well. Press the mixture into a 13x9 in a greased pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars. Wrap well for packing.
