Ingredients

    1 c almond milk
    1 small banana
    1 T peanut butter, natural
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein shake powder
    1 T cocoa
    1 T bran, natural
    1 T wheat germ
    1 T ground flax seeds
    1 T chia seeds

Directions

Pour almond milk into blender container.
Add all other ingredients.
Blend til smooth.
Serve in a beautiful glass with a smoothie straw.
