    1 Lb Tyson Beef Steak Strips
    2 Cups Cooked Tinkyada Pasta Joy Brown Rice Pasta
    1 Cup Mushrooms
    1 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    2 Cups Gia Russa Beef Broth
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch


Put the beef in the slow cooker and cover it with water. Cook it on high for 3 hours and then add the mushrooms. Then cook on high another 30 minutes. Then cook the pasta according to the package directions. While the pasta is cooking strain the water from the slow cooker. Then mix the broth, cornstarch, and greek yogurt together and add them to the slow cooker and cook on high for another 30 minutes. When the pasta is done strain it and evenly divide it between 4 plates then evenly divide the beef mixture on top of each plate of pasta.
