    3 - 6 Oz Salmon Filets Thawed And Cut In Half
    3 Tbsp Fresh Minced Garlic
    1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
    1/3 Cup Maple Sohgave Syrup (Maple Syrup Made From Agave Nectar)


I served these with cooked mushrooms and a salad.


Combine everything but the salmon in a gallon size ziploc bag, shake it up, and then add the salmon. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour, turning after half an hour. Then preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour the salmon and the marinade onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes easily at the thickest part.
