Number of Servings: 4


    1 15-ounce can of chickpeas
    Olive Oil Spray

    Seasoning ideas:
    1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic

    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1 teaspoon of oregano
    1 teaspoon of ground cumin
    Pinch of pepper


1. Drain the chickpeas and dry off on a paper towel.
2. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Add chickpeas and light spray the chickpeas.
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, checking towards the end that they don't burn. Some may POP out of the pan.
4. Remove from oven. Toss with desired seasoning.
