    4 oz Ground venison (or Beef)
    1c. diced poatoes
    1/2 c diced carrots
    1/2 c chopped onion
    4c beef broth
    1/2 c canned corn
    1/2 cu chopped celery
    1/2 c frozen peas
    1 cup chopped spinach (If desired_ frozen or fresh
    salt and pepper to taste


I use venison as it is lower in fat whenever I can. Sometime I like to add frozen peas toward the end of cooking.


Brown beef and onion. Add beef broth and water, and all vegetables, .
Simmer until vegetables are slightly tender,.
