    1 Tbls garlic powder
    1 tsp dried basil, crumbled
    1 tsp dried marjoram, crumbled
    1 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
    1 tsp dried parsley, crumbled
    1 tsp mace or nutmeg
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp sage
    1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)


Mix all ingredients until well blended and store in jar in a cool, dry, dark place for up to 6 months.

Use instead of salt on veges, meats, casseroles and stews.

Serving Size: makes 1/3 cup' 1/2 tsp per serving
